A small idea
that became
a calendar.
Dustoff started in 2020 as a single laundromat on a quiet street in Muleshoe, Texas. Six years later it is a route. Time, given back, every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
How we got here.
Muleshoe, Texas.
The first Dustoff opened on a quiet block in Muleshoe in the middle of a pandemic. Twelve machines, fluorescent lights, a coffee pot that ran from 6 a.m. to midnight. The original promise was simple: a clean room, open when people actually need it.
The route begins.
A second site opened a year later, and with it, the first pickup-and-delivery route. People kept asking if we could come collect their laundry. Eventually we said yes. It was the moment Dustoff stopped being a laundromat and started being a service.
Clovis becomes the flagship.
In 2024 we crossed the line and opened a flagship in Clovis, New Mexico, on 21st Street. Twenty-eight Huebsch machines, green folding tables, country radio, the works. The pickup route expanded across Curry County. Portales came on board the same year.
The bed becomes part of the route.
This year we launched the Fresh Bed Service: a standing order that keeps clean sheets on your bed without you lifting a finger. It's the part of the day no one talks about and everyone deserves. The ledger now counts hours slept in clean sheets, too.
Time is the only resource you don't get back.
Unless someone gives it to you.
What we measure.
Family-run, and visibly.
Every load you hand to Dustoff is handled by someone with their name on the door. You'll never call a 1-800 number that bounces you through a phone tree. You'll call 575-555-1234 and a human will pick up.
We hire neighbors. We pay above minimum. We close the counter on Christmas Day. The folding is done by the same three or four people every week, which is why your fitted sheets actually look folded.
We're a small business, and we plan to stay that way long enough to know your name.
