How does pickup & delivery work?+
Schedule online or by phone. Leave a bag at your door (any sturdy bag, ours or yours) by 8 a.m. on your service day. We collect it on our route, weigh it back at Clovis, wash and fold by hand, and deliver it back to your door the next afternoon in a clean Dustoff tote that's yours to keep.
Is there really no minimum order for wash & fold?+
For walk-in wash & fold drop-offs, no. Bring one shirt, we'll wash one shirt. For pickup & delivery there is a $45 minimum so the route stays sustainable — about a single load.
What detergent do you use?+
Our default is a fragrance-free commercial detergent that does a clean job and rinses fully. If you bring your own or specify a brand, we use yours. For sensitive skin we have a dye-free, scent-free option at no charge. See services for the full list.
Can I add Fresh Bed Service to a pickup plan?+
Yes. Add a Fresh Bed cycle to any standing pickup & delivery plan. Sheets get pulled, cycled separately on a sanitary wash, pressed, and returned folded with the rest of your order. The recurring discount applies to both line items.
Do you handle commercial accounts?+
Standing routes for restaurants, salons, gyms, hospitality, and short-term rentals. Volume-based pricing. Call us at 575-555-1234 for a quote — most accounts are set up within a week.
What if a load is late, lost, or comes back wrong?+
We re-do it, free, and credit a future order. If something is damaged, we replace it at fair value, no haggling. Twenty-four-hour customer line, real human, every time. This part of the service is non-negotiable.
Where do you serve?+
Self-service is Clovis only (717 W. 21st Street). Wash & fold drop-off is Clovis. Pickup & delivery covers Clovis, Cannon AFB, and Portales on Tue / Thu / Sat. See locations for the full service map.
